A quick note just for Lucas on the day we found out he was going to be a big brother….

Dear Lucas,

Wow.  Friday, June 13th, 2014 is a very big important day.  Today is the day you found out you were going to be a big brother!!!  In 9 months your world will forever change.  You will have a best friend for the rest of your life.  I am sure you will be the best big brother the world has ever seen.  We told you there is a baby in Mama’s tummy and you kissed it and said “baby!”   You got to partake in the excitement of me and Daddy taking the pregnancy test in the morning.  You were so happy (even though you didn’t understand why).  You hugged and kissed right along with us.  What a happy day.  We love you big brother.  Love, Mama and Dada
